I-Phone Terms & conditions

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter the competition, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

  1. To enter a competition you must be:
    (a) UK resident; and
    (b) 16 years old or over at the time of entry.
  2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Protech.
  3. No purchase necessary.
  4. If you want to enter a competition you may enter via the website http://www.protechhr.co.uk/
  5. The winner will be selected at random by protech.
  6. Entries will only be accepted with a valid email address.
  7. The closing date is as specified in each competition, and Protech reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
  8. If you win the competition, we will notify you by e-mail. No correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Winner will also be available on www.protechhr.co.uk
  10. You can find out who has won the competition by sending an email to info@protechhr.co.uk with the subject 'iphone competition winner' after the closing date.
  11. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Protech may require.
  12. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
  13. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
  14. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  15. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
  16. This competition is being run by Protech Human Resourcing of Ouseburn Warehouse, 36 Lime Street, Ouseburn, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 6PQ ("Protech").

  18. Protech reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Protech may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
  19. Protech will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.

 

Refer A Friend Terms & Conditions 

Please read these refer a friend terms carefully. If you do refer a friend, we will assume that you have read these terms and that you agree to them.

  1. To be eligible to claim the refer a friend reward you must be:
    (a) UK resident; and
    (b) 16 years old or over at the time of entry.
  2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Protech.
  3. No purchase necessary.
  4. If you want to be eligible for the reward you must enter via the website http://www.protechhr.co.uk/
  5. The only way to register your role in a referral is though using the ‘send to a friend' option in individual jobs found at http://www.protechhr.co.uk
  6. Entries will only be accepted with a valid email address.
  7. The promotion is ongoing however Protech reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
  8. If a candidate you refer is placed and you become eligible for £300, we will notify you by e-mail. Protech's decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. By entering the promotion the candidate and the referee agree to participate in such promotional activity and material as Protech may require.
  10. Final decisions on eligibility will be taken by a panel comprised of members of the marketing team of Protech.
  11. The prize will not be transferable to another person.

Protech will endeavour to send prizes at the earliest possible opportunity and to send prizes within 1 month of the referral completing their probationary period as laid out in rule 19 below and at http://www.protechhr.co.uk/peoplechemistry/refer_a_friend.php. Protech cannot guarantee this delivery time.
  19. The probationary period is 12 weeks for permanent staff introductions and contract workers must complete 240 hours on a single or concurrent assignment(s). This promotion excludes Trades & Labour candidates.
  20. Protech retain the right to alter the Terms and Conditions of, or terminate the referral programme without any requirement to notify other parties involved.
