How does it all work?
1st we'll talk to you confidentially about the things that motivate you and identify what you aren't getting from your current employer. We'll listen and start to understand what makes you tick. Then we'll work together to formulate a brief that we'll use to search for that perfect opportunity that ticks all the boxes we've discussed. We don't just wait for these to drop in our laps, we'll make confidential approaches and target specific companies we've identified as a team.
At every stage we'll be in regular contact to make small adjustments to the career brief to ensure you are presented with the very latest openings in companies you want to work for. We'll offer advice and consultancy on how best to handle interviews, CV writing tips and industry knowledge to give you the best possible chance of landing that dream job.
The next stage is to approach those firms, confidentially where necessary, which we selected together. We will work tirelessly to discover relevant openings in the companies initially identified and will ideally secure interviews with two to three of these.
After these initial approaches we will sit down once again and discuss any successes and the next step forward. Hopefully interviews will be lined up but if not where do we go from here? We will revisit the initial brief and discuss if this can be broadened, if there are any other companies of interest, and also any relevant vacancies your consultant is currently working on.
The Interview
Once you attend an interview we will attain feedback from your interviewers on what makes you ideal for the role and what you could improve going forward.
If successful our service does not stop there.
Your consultant is available for advice on contracts, salary, package & bonus negotiations and to assuage any worries you may have over your forthcoming move. Further to this we will be in regular contact up to, on and after your start date to ensure the role is as you expected.
